The volumetry is characteristic of the modern-contemporary home, fitted for an urban environment. The residence captivates the eye with interesting facades and diversified exterior finishes. The facade facing the courtyard and pool is decorated with long glazing surfaces, while the other sides facing the street, are protecting the home from the view of passers-by. On the top floor, the house has generous green terraces that extend the courtyard’s green spaces.
